very fancy place, my husband and i went for dinner for my bday and he had reserved a table for us. Our waitress was awesome and... very kind. we ordered the elk entree and the A5 Wagyu. The elk was okay, a little game but delicious. I had wagyu before, thisone did melt in your mouth but some texture was a bit too fatty. Very chilled place with a lot of older people coming in fordrinks and chit chatting. Our bill came out total 300 bucks not including tips. Very pricey indeed but their bread was to diefor! My husband and I ate here last night and we’re not disappointed. I have a long list of allergies and the chef was super... accommodating and our waitress was very helpful. My dinner was amazing. The chef put together for me chicken, roasted potatoesand asparagus. Their cocktail list is extensive and was pleased to find a few drinks without syrup and sugars. My husband and I went to Paradis for the first time tonight after many visits to Rosemary Beach- and it’s our new favorite!... Joey at the bar made the experience with his personality, passion, and care. Jeff was awesome, too! Food was outstanding! We hadthe crab cake, tomato basil soup, Caesar salad, filet, and grouper. From our drinks to our dinner, the dessert, and the staff everything was 110%. Our waitress was very attentive and impressive.... Not everyday someone can take an entire tables order customizations and all without writing any of it down and yet have theorder come out perfect. The food was all cooked excellently, the kitchen staff at Paradis are definitely some of the best intown. I experienced Paradis for my birthday and absolutely enjoyed every bit. Can't say enough great things about Restaurant Paradis. Our waiter Steve was spot on with our restrictions, and with... descriptions and recommendations. The service was impeccable! We had the burrata over pesto with heirloom tomatoes, perfectexcept for some crunch of the red tomato. The snapper was sweet and juicy. But the best was the local shrimp and middlins, anamazing blend of flavors, textures, and colors. I enjoyed every bite. Don't miss this restaurant if you are the area!!! Read more
