If I can give this a 0 star man I would. This place is really rude not only has this place been rude for us receiving the wrong... order the co-manager was giving us attitude and the worker that attended us knew that we wanted the Double Chicken AvocadoTostada and yet proceeded to laugh at us when her co-manager was blaming us for ordering wrong. Today is the second strike. I?veordered through Uber and our driver received a horrible attitude when picking up our incorrect order. Our driver explained to usthat they forcefully told him that?s the correct order. Which he explained it was not because he did not see the items that wehave ordered there. Just here to say that ordered a 3 piece meal (leg and thighs) Flavor good as usual, but today, pieces were too small. I don?t... know why Pollo Loco does this sometimes. I eat there very often in different locations around LA county because I like it and Ilike to eat healthy but quality control fails sometimes. A Mexican grilled chicken restaurant. They do sell few other Mexican dish usually as limited time item. Like right now they... doing Birria. One down side for this restaurant, at least when I was there, was the woman at the pick up side did speakEnglish.
