I consider all Jack in The Box stores in Montebello as the lowest ranking (bottom of the barrel) for customer service. I'm yet... to have a satisfactory experience at any of their locations in Montebello. Staff is unfriendly, snarky, andunkempt. Drive-thru guy gave me an attitude when I asked him not to throw any condiments in the same paper bag as my meal. Iasked him if he would set me up with ketchup and hot sauce in a separate bag , and he did--passive-aggressively for he gave me abag with an exaggerated amount of condiment packets. Worst service ever and my last time coming to this location. I waited about 15 minutes for 2 items! The customer in front of me... had to yell out if anyone was going to take his order. I think I should have walked out as a red flag at that point. When it wasmy turn I only saw 2 employees taking cooking and 1 girl at the drive thru window. I saw only one car and I was 1 of.2 peopleinside. So it's safe to say it was extremely slow which is why I don't understand how my order and the gentleman ahead of me hadto wait so long for our food. When I finally got my order the girl in the grey top literally threw the orange juice bottle at meand it landed on the floor near the soda machine. I got a delivery order here, got there at 7:45 pm , the dine in door closed , I had to use drive thru, it took the restaurant 30... minutes to Start preparing the order, delayed the order , when I asked why, the employee smile with a very unprofessional likehe doesn't care. The restaurant's employees seemed like they don't care if the order is being prepared or not, doesn't care ifthe delivery is ready or not, they just taking the time slow prepare the order, feel bad for the restaurant owner . Horrible people!! I ordered a jumbo Jack combo for my grandmother and a sourdough sandwich for myself the combo. I asked for a... large mocha ice coffee. She said wait a minute she came back with my total. I thought she charged me for the large. At thewindow she charged me for a small and made me pay for the difference between the small and large. I didn't mind it was only44cents. I got a bag of food. She gave me an attitude when she gave me my bag of food. I left and when I got home my breakfastsandwich was missing. I didn't even get the hash browns. So I went back and told them I am missing half of my order. She saidshe forgot my sandwich and hash browns. I reached into my bag and felt my food it was cold. She went and got her manager I toldthe girl had a bad attitude about my order when I placed it. She forgot to put my order in my bag and my food is cold. She waslike I'll just give your money back.
