Always the same thing at this location can't get anything right. Maybe you shouldn't be on the phone while you're working these... people need to be replaced. I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger combo and received 2 cheeseburgers instead I'm not going to bedriving back and forth because people can't follow simple directions you guys act like you're actually cooking. Makes senseyou're working at jack though because it was either that or mcdonalds. Step your hiring process up because this location has theworse service always getting things wrong. Awful customer service by the manager at 4:44 Wednesday August 31, 2022 , the manager working at this time was very rude and had... no regard for his customers. Looking at the receipt I see his name is Renee. He has awful customer service and was very rude tome. Whoever is his supervisor should fire him. Please hire better managers at jack in the box.
