I hate making bad reviews, but man this will be my first and last time here. Their were 2 males working and the place was empty.... They were friendly but the place was a mess! Counters had sticky soda on them, my cup he gave me had lint at the bottom. Ilooked behind the counter while grabbing my drink and the floor was filthy! It just grossed me out. Meh. Past two times I have been to this location the bread was old. Saw the person cooking my cheese steak and the bread was... broken. Like they used old bread and warmed it up to sell it. It just might be cause they don't have enough customers to cyclethrough all the bread they have. I think I'll go the distance and head to the one on montebello. Read more
The line was so long and it took more than 15 minutes to get my order made. The place was understaffed and I think the cashier... was new. She struggled to charge my order, but she tried her best and another employee helped her when she struggled. Read more
Most of the items in the restroom are broken and require the attention of management. they are extremely well-staffed and take... frequent lunch breaks, yet, they are unable to keep the restroom clean and serviced despite being A) a low-volume restroom B)having a security code on the door C) being maintained by Cintas, one of the nation's top cleaning services. Today was my First and Last visit. Why? Very FEW VEGTABLES/Toppings to choose. My sandwich was supposed to have 2 meat toppings... but my trainer had not been shown how to slice meat so I only got 1 meat that had been pre-cut. Still was charged $9.75+tax fora 6? sandwich.
