Family friendly vibe, they paid close attention to the details in the aestetic. Mason jars filled with sweet tea, blues men... painted on the walls, made me feel like I was back home in Tennessee. It was pretty delicious. For all the food we got it was a good bargain though I must say they are very big portions you get so... be mindful of that. Also don't get the Texas cake or whatever it's called, me and my friends got one to share and it was hardand not very tasty. But minus that everything was good. Decent customer service though I wasn't wowed by our waitress, I willsay she was dealing with a lot of customers so it was actually good considering. That's it. Read more
Do better Lucilles. I got the Southern Fried Chicken lunch. Something I order at every Lucilles. But wow it was disappointing.... Mushy veggies and a chicken tender. Our service was good. Plenty of drink refills. Thank goodness for the biscuits. Read more
Father's Day, 1PM Sunday: I understand it was a busy day, but multiple errors were had. 1 tri-tip order was about 85% pure fat.... My aunt's plate came out cold. I asked for a water in addition to my mixed drink, and never had it brought out. In our 2 hourdining experience, not once did a waitress make herself available to ask how the dining experience was going and if we neededanything. If there is a staffing issue, I understand. However, that's not an excuse for poor quality of service and roomtemperature plates. 3rd time dining here. 1st time since before Covid. Quality is not there. This place is great. Happy hour is so Kool. We sat at the Bar, I ordered a Blue Moon. The Lunch was a 3 meat plus a side. I got... the two different Rib options and BBQ chicken with Garlic Mashed potatoes. Read more
Biscuit and apple butter was good. We ordered fried pickles as appetizer and for main, southern fried catfish and shrimp and... gambo. Fried catfish and shrimp had 6 shrimps and 4 finger sized pieces of fish , and fries; fries were dry. Gambo was so saltythat we had to ask them to take it away. Our appetizer never came.. so we canceled it.. no apologies by anyone. we orderedribs.. and had to wait more than 30 mins? again no apologies. This place is a good place. The food is good, the service is good too, and the place was clean. The only problem I had was that... there wasn't that much barbecue sauce on the food, but overall, it was a good experience. Read more
Food and service are always great here! I enjoy the biscuits and apple butter. The sirloin steak was great, the garlic topping... was a bit strong but still very good! Many times in a sports bar, the TVs are way too loud and you can?t even hear yourselfthink, but Lucille?s was just right. The Tri-Tip Salad is pretty big!
