Every time i order a mcdouble they cut costs and give me one patty that tastes like salt and short me the other. I ask for a... refund and they just take the cash out of the register and dont put the refund in the system so it never gets corrected. Ivordered here over 10 times this year as i work inside at walmart as a associate. This is ghetto and mismanaged. Just order fromwalmart deli. Michael, who assisted us has no customer service! He was really rude when asked about our order mix up and when we handed the... money to pay he pretty much threw our change at our hands! Even though they've marked the floors about social distantly, customers were not following the rules. The pickup line was... confusing and people were walking up to the counter. Oh yes and they got my order wrong. I can't fully blame the employee, it's so hard to hear wearing facemasks. But I am going to check my receipts prior to leaving. Read more

Customer service are bad, most of the young cashiers don't always know what they are doing, no smile, specially the boys!! I am 62 and have never been treated so rudely in my life as I was treated by shift manager ERICA at this McDonald's restaurant. ... I was sitting at a table eating, when suddenly she snatched (without saying a word to me) my cart which had several items in it(which was situated snugly against my table so as not to block people from passing in the aisle) and took it outside of therestaurant. When I asked her why she couldn't have been polite and told me she was going to move it, she only snapped back atme, "You can't have carts in the restaurant." In the past I have done so many times, and have never been asked to move one orasked if the employee could move it. When I told her that I felt how she had handled it was very rude, she was completelyunapologetic - but had a spiteful attitude. Read more
