Service inside was great. Food okay. Faculty maintenance was lacking Bathroom was dirty. Restroom needs to be remodeled but... more importantly smelled bad. The drive thru was a challenge if you enter off of valley it is ok but if you are attemping to gothru the drive through from Walnut grove that does n p t work well. Read more
Sorry, I had to give it that 2 starts, is not like if someone care about it, unfortunately. Got there like 5 20, was the second... in line to order, I didn't get what I ask, even though I repeat it 3 times. Manager at this time was distracting the employees,and didn't care "properly" about what I ordering. Shame, shame.. Read more
Manager on duty Saturday night complaining about customers order in a very loud voice, other patrons can hear everything. She... was also yelling across the kitchen to the employees. All tables were dirty there were some pieces of trash on the floor, comeon people eat here please keep it clean. 1 out of 2 fountain drink machines didn?t have ice and both had ran out of a few sodaselections. I didn?t expect a 5 star service but the basics like clean table and the manager not yelling would have been nice. Read more
My boyfriend and I ordered our food at 1:56pm this McDonald's made us wait 30 minutes to our food. We didn't see our number on... the screen so my boyfriend asked the employee where was our food. The employee claimed they called our number but neither one ofheard the number being called. We didn't get our food until now at 2:25pm. Even making is wait 30 minutes they still forgot oursauces and my McChicken sandwich so rushed to be made sauce already peaked out! Read more
Only 1 cashier + automated kiosk helping customers during lunchtime. Parking can be hard to find sometimes. Staff is nice. Food... comes out fast. Wifi works great and restrooms are clean. Most families come here for their huge 2 story indoor playroom. Read more
Fast and friendly McDonald's in Rosemead. The place was slammed so be patient but the diversity of the Chinese culture of the... city is present and wonderful. Use the self service kiosks if dining in side and it is busy. Read more
The store itself is pretty good. But the area is too busy, hard to get in and hard to get out. It's more friendly to walk there... rather than car. Read more
