there is something seriously wrong with the management or the training at this specific location. I sadly eat way too much... mcdonalds as it is my go to on long drives and have been to 10 or 15 locations in the last year and have never been to alocation as bad as this one. No matter what time of day you go you will be waiting 20+ minutes in the drive thru, even at 3amwhen they are cash only, but only tell you once you have waited 10-15 minutes at the order box. and then after waiting, the foodis wrong half the time. How is it that I ordered a dbl quarter pounder and large fries and it cost me more than a combo of the same meal that included a... drink. Doesn't make any sense to me. Terrible pricing at this McDonald's. Read more
Sadly over the last several months this location's ability to get orders correct seems compromised. They seem physically... incapable of getting orders correct anymore. Spend the time to thoroughly look at what they give you when ordering from thedrive-thru. On multiple occasions they have not given me 5$ worth of food during a visit by not putting items in the bag. Late night craving for chicken nuggets, fries and coffee. Too lazy to take out the air fryer. Best solution: Walk over to... McDonald's and gorge. This particular McDonald's is open until 11pm on weekends and the drive through is open 24/7. No excusewhen it's that convenient. Read more
