I learned a lot from Frank and Ginette as a kid. Frank taught me how to play GTA 3 on the PS2, shoot BB guns, how to download... from Napster but most importantly, that a midnight snack can be much more than a bag of chips. Also, putting your heart intoyour cooking will always make it taste 10x better. From Ginette, I?ve learned hospitality, discovered Osso Bucco, and the valuesof sharing life stories around a wonderful meal. Why am I writing all these things in a restaurant review ? Because some foodhave a time travelling effect. They bring you back to happy memories and that?s what this place did for me. A genuineappreciation for food that was cooked with heart and passion that, ?brings you back?. Of course this is no longer 1999 and Frankhas grown into the best cook in Rosemère. Which is no easy feat. Congrats to you and congrats to Gigi! This place is fantasticand your sandwiches are the Bomb (and so are the pizzas) ! Those first few bites of Le Parrain brought back some memories ofdelicious meals at your place. Read more
They've managed to come up with a great airy dough, I'll give that to them, but it's overpriced nonetheless. A small slice of... pizza, a tiramisu and an overly sweet cannoli came up to over 25$. And I didn't even have a lot of toppings on my pizza tojustify the amount I paid. The place is definitely overpriced and overhyped! I'm a big fan of their other locations though... Read more
