Came here for a lunch experience today and it exceeded my expectations. The cuts of meat were seasoned to perfection and the... service was top notch. My favorite gaucho serving me was Josiah, he went above and beyond to make sure I tried all the cuts andhis friendliness and service was exceptional. Cristy in customer service was also very friendly and helpful and had some greatrecommendations and our server Miguel was also very friendly and accomodating. We had our first experience here on my husband's birthday. Everything was just perfect. From the welcoming to serving, the... whole experience was exemplary. It definitely became a night to remember and we will be returning again with children and makemore beautiful memories. By far, this is the best place to have steak. I was fortunate enough to experience this restaurant this weekend and was... extremely satisfied with the presentation. The service staff at this location are amazing! They are all about teamwork and making sure you as a customer are happy. Carlos,... the host, was a pleasure and made a great first impression! Our server Gordon was extremely professional and just overall agreat server. This location in particular is my favorite! The establishment has a few private spaces for hosting events. Very tasty foods both on the salad/feijoada bar and the meats. Meat cooking wasn't consistent though so despite asking for... medium, many pieces were well done. Upon trying rare, it was cooked to medium. Food seemed worth the lunch price. Lamb chopswere larger than expected. Lunch environment was quiet and only a fraction of the tables were occupied. We went on a Friday evening to have a family dinner. Everything was just PERFECTION!! The waiting staff was so caring and so... kind and so attentive to our family’s needs. We have a son with autism and he had an amazing evening!! The Guachos where juston point with offering our meats and the waiting staff NEVER made us wait on the potatoes or anything else. They where so politeto us as well when the meats where not brought out to us as we liked them they where quick to move on and brought us what wewanted when they could. The manager Christi made our evening even more special by asking us what cuts we wanted and how wewanted them. We told her our top 3 cuts for our party of 7 and within a small window everything was brought out just like weasked!! Christi made of a regular dinner an amazing celebration for my family and gave us the gift of the most amazing familydinner. The entire experience was unforgettable! Kari and the team outdid expectations. We had a retirement party for 120+ guests and... every person walked away saying it was an incredible event that was well planned and organized. The service was impeccable,multiple guests told me how nice the staff was to them. They accommodated screens, mics, a card table, and beautiful centerpiece of seafood. The food was incredible and kept coming. All our guests felt full and said the quality was amazing. Give theseguys a raise!!
