I placed an order for them through Doordash, the curly fries were so tough that I could not bite through them! How long do they... have to sit around waiting to be asked to the Ball before they turn into leather pieces. Well whatever time it takes mine werethere! I went to Chili's/It's Just Wings to convey my disappointment for something I paid for. I spoke with a manager by thename of Jeanine who took my information and stated the refund had to come from Doordash. I was supposed to get a refund within aweek. That refund did not happen; some of the info that was submitted was incorrect. Ms. Jeanine corrected and submitted itagain and forwarded a copy of the email to me. There was still some incorrect info on the email so I responded to the email shesent with the correct info. To date I still have not received my refund. I guess that's one way to keep both companies fromissuing a refund but what it also does is assure me that I will never give them my money for them to give me something I DID NOTpay for. Read more
This place is close to my work, so a coworker and I figured to give it a shot. Couldnt find them cause they are located in a... closed down chili's and has not changed out signage, it looks like a chili's. I only ate a few of my wings cause they justedtasted off and then found some with blood. The following day my coworker and myself were both sick to the stomach and hittingthe toliet all morning.I was highly disappointed because wings are supposed to be main food there, " just wings". If they cantget that right, whats the point. Would not come back even if the food was free. Read more
I ordered the 22 wings meal. I ordered half Buffalo and half naked. I also assumed that there wouldn?t be many fries so I... ordered an extra order of small fries - there?s was no need as there were more than enough with the order . I didn?t expect muchas this is lowest cost around for chicken wings . I was pleasantly surprised by the size or the order ( both chicken wings andamount of fries), and the taste of the food . Do NOT order from here. First off, this is one of those "Ghost Kitchen" type things. Ingredients are provided by a different... company than the kitchen is located in. This was not labeled ANYWHERE, neither outside the Chili's (Where this sad excuse for awing restaurant is) nor on the Itsjustwings website. The wings were horrible, like trying to eat drywall, without dip. After myfriends and I finished eating, we decided that it was maybe a decent 3/5 stars. Then we all went to bed and woke up, or rather,GOT woken up the next day by our stomachs. We have spent the better part of the morning in the bathroom, and had to miss bothwork and our classes. Not only is this a terrible food establishment, the health codes are also not up to snuff. Avoid like theplague. Read more
Horribly bad wings. The worst I?ve ever had. This was crazy?one might infer ?just wings? has pretty good wings. They were like... eating drywall. Couldn?t chew them or swallow. I don?t understand how they could serve whatever that was. Baffled. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered here through doordash and it was DISGUSTING! Food was cold and I recieved 6 wings... when I ordered 11. My food looked like someone was eating it and they snatched it from them to give to me. Absolutelydisgusting!!! The only good thing I was served from here is the sprite. Just goto BWW or WS honestly.
