Service is super fast! Order is always fresh, hot and correct!
So apparently the workers are having them a good cup of coffee in the lobby where a customer cannot walk in and place an early... breakfast order!!! Absolutely disappointed especially the area where people are trying to take flights or traveling into town ..HELLO ITS O'HARE !!!!! DEAR Cooperate .... Ok if you are in the area and need a bite right away but not the best. Food is sometimes really good and hot and sometimes kinda... cold and not really fresh. Prices are higher than other McDonalds in the area but they are open late and the crew are generallypretty nice. Read more
Went to your McDonalds today at 10:58, ordered a dbl cheeseburger. Fries an a Ice tea. Was told they are still serving... breakfast that lunch started at 11:00. Drove around the building wait until 11:00, ordered my food. Had to wait 10 minutes toget my food and it was ice cold. I would?ve went in to complain but I was on the road already. BY FAR ONE OF THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE MANAGER!! I ordered egg and cheese muffin from drive thru and they gave me HAM... egg and cheese. Thats ok! Mistakes happen and i didnt make a big deal out of it. When i went back to the location and mentionedto one of the staff, they passed me down to the shift manager who called herself amanada( i know thats not her name). As soon asshe saw me she gave me a hard look trying to look all tough on me. I mentioned to her what happen and she said ? i dont knowwhat you ordered but we dont make mistakes here? SERIOUSLY!! WHAT?? !! I have never had this kind of attitude in my entire life.This was such an easy fix !! I will never going back to this location ever! I was their daily customer but this went way to far!I highly recommend dont go here . Go down the street to the next mcdonald if you want to get treated well. Read more

Management is super ignorant. McDonalds resteraunt owner, please hire respectful and honest people. I don't want to throw the... racist card, yet I am the only person waiting for 30 minutes +. Much better to tell the customers they don't want to take careof them. Dear resteraunt owner, I will be coming back with cameras attached to secret shoppers and will be suing if racismpursues.
