I would give it between 3-4 stars. The steak and fries were better than expected. Service at first was a bit slow after seating... as it was a good 5-7 minutes before I was given a menu, but waitress was better after taking my order. Read more
I went to the bar and they said someone will take your order 30 minutes and nothing, not even drinks, there isn't that many... seats and the food on menu doesn't take 30 minutes, its burgers, appetizers so this bar straight up just not worth if theysomehow can't get their stuff together. Also when I came up to one waiter saying what's the hold up, 20 min and no taking of ourorder. Very rude employee just said in passive aggressive tone just wait some more we will get to you not even looking at us. Wejust left and went downstairs to that shop/snack area. much better service down there and didn't take 1+ hour for food. Go ther,this redbar ain't worth money for that much time to wait for ordering and to cook a measly burger. Read more
I traveled across the Pacific Ocean and arrived at the hotel with my husband late (10 pm) and was tired, so we just wanted to... have a drink and possibly eat something if there was any! The Red Bar is really a gem! My vodka cocktail tasted so good! Thebartender, Michal, was super nice and sincerely cared about what we wanted to drink and if we liked our drinks. He was verypatient while taking our orders and asked questions to make sure how I would like my cocktail. He was also very thoughtful tohave our burger cut in half and placed on two plates with fries so that my husband and I could both eat the burgerelegantly. Visited for over 10 years, some staff have been here well over 5 years continuous with a short COVID interruption, which tells... me they appreciate being great servers and have good management and fair wage. They are helpful and stay aware, just know thatwhen event crowds slam the bar, they give each patron their attention in order as best they can! Read more

Food was disappointing for the price, but it came out quickly. You have to seat yourself so hopefully it's not too busy. Lots of... TVs to watch sports. The drink options are limited as well for a bar. The service was very friendly and attentive, but withlimited options in the area for food, you don't have many choices. Read more
