These ladies had it goin on just saying great job
The order was taken just fine, the barista reconfirmed the order, misheard me, and when informed that the wrong drink was... delivered, went ahead to argue that she could not make the drink when the chain prides itself on delivering just as requested. Ileft without a drink, as the other baristas who witnessed the whole argument stood watching. That was after waiting 10mins toorder and 15mins for the order a total waste of someone's time. Read more
They made my order incorrectly even after having me repeat it three times. The employees, at this little pop up in the middle of... the mall, were more focused on their cell phones and socializing with each other than the customers. The baristas are always a pleasure! It'd be nice if other baristas were like these model employees, some customers can be so... horrible towards them but they grit their teeth and do a great job! They should have their own store with seating to welcomemore guests instead of a kiosk though, especially since they arguably make the most money out of most of the stores at the mall.(Many will browse but won't buy a thing.) It is a normal Starbucks. I got what I ordered and there was no trouble with staff. Be aware that there is limited to barely any... seating around the actual Starbucks shop. The shop is located on the second floor in between Nordstrom Rack and the Food Court.It also gets fairly busy on the weekends. Read more
