This drive thru parkin lot sucks. I went inside and came out, if there's a long line in drive thru you can forget it. Jammed one... lane parking lot so be prepared to sit there which is so dumb. Whole order was wrong one time I went. And specialty tacos are 5bucks a piece and most meals are 10 bucks. Not worth it anymore. Read more

Not a bad Taco Bell. Food is usually pretty good and fresh, and unlike many other ones I haven't gotten soggy tacos. That said... it can get very busy there and wait times at the drive through can get long, especially during later hours. Not uncommon for a10 to 15 minute wait. Not the crews fault, I see them hustling but not always the fastest if you are in a rush. Read more

Extremely unprofessional. Taco Bell needs to hire better people. The employees at the Rosemont location are incompetent. Messed... up my entire order and refused to fix their mistake. He even wanted to argue about it with my fiance. I don't know why heassumed that we wanted free food (since those words came out of his ignorant mouth) But we didn't even want free food!!! We justwanted our order fixed correctly and we would have cover the difference. If I could give zero stars. I would. Read more
Super nice and friendly. Fast drive through service. Really cramped location though. There are only like 4 parking spots & no... other parking. Beware the weirdo accross the street monitoring the parking lot. He harrasses you until you leave. So anyways Irecommend drive through only for this TBell. Read more

Anywhere You go in 2022 is understaffed. That is to be expected. These people really try and make it work. A very good... experience and an absolute must of a pit stop for anybody that travels to the airport frequently. I prefer this over any waitinglot as you can get tasty food a warm smile and a clean environment. ???? Read more
