Amazing restaurant, mash up of country bumbkin and finer dining. Definitely worth the drive. Going to come back for dinner at... dinner point. We went on a Saturday night on Thanksgiving and our first time here. Yes, it out of the way but worth the drive to Rosemont. We... had a few Appetizers the mushroom Pâté and vegetable fritter both were excellent. For the mains, we had the Filet Mignonserved with mash potatoes and vegetables. I had the Arctic Char pan-fried with corn and black beans and slaw. My nephew hadchicken and fries. Everything was excellent, tasty and nicely presented. I'd been to a few Globe Restaurant before, which have been great, always good food and fun. Went along to this one with some... family friends, to celebrate a birthday. It was wonderful stay at the restaurant.., all thank to the new owner. It was done sucha good job to make us feel right at home and very welcome. The food was amazing and we all felt lucky to be in early at thelaunching of something so new. Will definitely be going again. Read more
