Terrible service! Hostess didn?t listen at all. Had to repeat everything at least 3 times and she still got my name, address and... phone number wrong. And then we got someone?s else?s order. I called to let them know my order was wrong and she said ?ok, sowhat do you want?? Then put me on hold for 5 min. Then I called back and they hung up on me. My husband had to call and someonefinally spoke to him. When I finally got the manager on the line I told her how rude her staff was she said no they?re not, theyare 16. I reexplained everything and she said ?so do you want me to help fix this or what?!? But before it was resolved themanager hung up on me also. I will not be spending any money here again. No wonder why the staff is rude when the manager actsthe same way. Read more
Kinda of having a tough time with this one. I like the place. Cheese curds were really good. We ordered a pizza and while it's... pretty obvious people love their pizza, we were underwhelmed. The sauce had no flavor and it was more like some toppings onflat bread. All I could really taste was the cheese. Maybe it was the cheese curds we had before the pizza. Anyways. I like theplace and we'll try again. But not for the pizza. Just not our style of pizza... Read more

Deep dish was alright, if you?re someone who loves cheese pizza this is definitely for you! It was LOADED with cheese. The... spaghetti and meatballs were ok. The noodles tasted kinda like salty water if you understand what that means. Overall experiencewas pretty alright. They were also doing bingo so it was a pretty cool environment. Walk to Carbones about 3xmonth. Always good. Today grilled chicken breast was awful. It was not all chicken, some sort of white... meat mixed with a filler. Think they are cutting corners due to increase in cost of chicken. Won't go back. Will go somewhereelse!! To bad loved the staff. Read more
Carbone's in Rosemount is a fantastic place to bring the family or hang out with friends. They have fantastic food compared to... all the other Carbone's I visited. Went to watch the football game and get some food. We left early do to poor service or lack there of. I'd like to preface my... statement by saying I understood it was busy. It is a Sunday during football season... that said we ordered anappetizer(boneless wings) and said we would order meals we just needed a bit more time. Our wings came out. We were given noplates, silverware or napkins and out waitress left immediately after placing the wings on the table. We sat without a way toeat out food until we went and got our own stuff. We ate the wings which were good and proceeded to wait for our waitress tocome back. She stopped at the tables around ds us multiple times and left before I had the chance to flag her down. After beingthere for an hour we started to get ready to go, then the waitress returned and asked if we would like anything else. I justasked for the bill. We payed and left. We have ordered delivery before and had no issues along with eating in at a few otherlocations. Unfortunately this was our first experience eating in at our local location and it was a bad one.
