What a fantastic place! Small owner operated Mexican joint with all scratch made food! Anybody that’s ever eaten at Frontera... Grill will be impressed! This is gourmet Mexican in a very casual environment. The owner visits with the customers and is notafraid to yell across the restaurant to somebody, he knows it is loud and rowdy and fun with amazing food. Not good when you're told don't touch the plate it's hot. Seafood is very fishy. Food was at the table in less than 5 minutes.... Not much flavor. The best thing was the chips, salsa and staff was good. Need new cooks. Read more

We had Las Tortillas cater our daughter's wedding reception and could not have been more pleased! Ryan was great to work with... when planning and was very prompt with delivery of the food on the day of the reception. He was also very helpful with theset-up of the food. This place was amazing! We felt like Mexican but wanted something better than the generic suburban Mexican restaurant. This... place delivered on that -- the menu has most of what you'd expect, but better! We started with the elote, which was awesome. Thequeso fresco was soft, and the whole thing was fresh and flavorful. We also had chips and salsa, and the salsa had a nice kick.For dinner, I had the chile relleno with cilantro lime rice. It was filling, had amazingly rich flavor, and had the rightsauce:food ratio. BF had the chefs platter with chorizo and [one other meat]. The chorizo was fantastic -- the whole meal reallyhit the spot, and on top of this, the service was quick and the restaurant had a really fun atmosphere. Been going here since they opened. Amazing owner, staff and food. A little pricy sometimes but worth it. Ryan is a great guy who... cares about his staff and the community, and the flavors are always outstanding. Highly recommend the elote (on the cob),tamales, carnitas, and the specials. Sat outside on the patio (parking lot) a few weeks ago. They had music playing outside and the wait staff was very attentive,... friendly, and had great recommendations. We ordered the Elote to start and had a variety of different tacos and margaritas.Portions weren't too big compared to some Mexican restaurants, but definitely didn't leave you hungry. Everything was delicious- especially the elotes! Would definitely recommend. Read more
