Last 2 times I have gone into the McDonald's in Rosemount... I had to go up to the register, because the app hates my card. I... sat in front of the register for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to assist. Horrible service!!! The last time I went inthere, there was a kid I could see all he was doing there was leaning on the back counter waiting for an order to bag up. Ithink they need to train their employees better. Unfortunately this McDonald's continues to slide down the rating slope. Very long drive thru waiting times. Constantly no... napkins in the bag. When ordering a large diet Coke fountain drink, you will get a medium size drink. Don't know why thesemistakes are taking place, but hopefully they can work on their customer satisfaction! In addition their receipts are notprinting out so you cannot read them correctly. The printer ink is very light. Read more
I encountered a very rude Drive Thru worker here. She was very crabby to my friend and I, and had no patience. She came off as... very harsh, and treated her customers like they were the ones causing all the issues. Very poor customer service. Everyone elseis great but I had a terrible experience with her. I have had good experiences, and many of my friends work there. I am justmaking it one star to bring this out, as I had many friends and family that have had this complaint with this drive-thru workeras well. Overall, good restaurant but I would like this to come to the managers attention, so other customers won?t experiencethe issues I have had here. Read more
The manager ALLISON has no decorum. we come to the front and she asked us ? what do you want?. Last time we came 15 minutes... before they closed she declined us of service and told us to we can?t order. She also snatched the receipt from my hand. She isso disrespectful and has no right to be talking to a customer like that, she is very unfit for the job she has. Read more
I ordered a large sweet tea with this store its hit or miss. This time I got sugar water the tea was entirely too sweet. It... taste like they put 10 bags of sugar in my cup. Read more
Like any fast food place I have mixed reviews depending on the day. Sometimes you get all your food sometimes half your order... but today everything was good. Nothing was left out all the food was reasonably warm. Read more
McDonald?s is one of my favorite restaurants. I?ve been to several locations and this one is the cat?s meow. Fast, friendly... service and my dinner was cooked and packaged to perfection. The Big Mac is a classic and easily one of the greatest sandwichesever invented. The one I had this evening was masterfully put together and did not fall apart while I was eating, which otherBig Mac enthusiasts would understand and appreciate. The cheeseburger and French fries I had were also superb.This location?sonly flaw is that nobody answered the phone when I tried to call ahead and ask if they served hotcakes after breakfast time. Nothing special about this McDonalds, the food is okay but they always find some way to mess it up, by not adding the correct... items or taking certain items off your food. It's not that hard to do. Service is meh. Not many employees like to interact orattend to customers on the front who are waiting to be rung up (not everything is listed on the kiosks, and half the time thekiosks don't like to work). Astmosphere is OK. Sometimes the tables arent cleaned off. I only gave 4 stars because the food isthe biggest issue here. They cant ever seem to make it right. Read more
