The pizza is great. We usually get some cheese bread to go with it. I exclusively order online. When you do that, there's a... rack to your right when you enter. Just look for your name on the white slips and grab your stuff. If you don't see your namethere, feel free to ask them where your name is in the queue so you know how much longer you have to wait. Hit or miss. When they hit half of the time, it's great. Great service and i really like the pizza. When they miss, i get my... order an hour after they promised it online and i have to wait in the store forever while 1 or 2 of the 6 people working areactually making pizzas for the crowd that is accumulating. Or they miss by screwing up my order...not in such a way that i can'teat it. I always order extra sauce and extra cheese. Rarely does it look like there is extra either...one time i had to addcheese my pizza was so bald. If you order online on a Friday or Saturday and the website says done in 30 minutes....DO NOT takethat seriously. If it is 4pm or later, better give them an hour or more and maybe your pizza will be done when you arrive. Youare better off ordering at about noon on those days. Read more

Had given 5 stars. Today, May 8th, they apparently stopped answering the phone at 725pm or so? Which is frustrating because... they don't close til 8. Oh well, can't buy their pizza if they refuse to answer thier phone during business hours. Read more

Papa Murphy?s is one of my favorite restaurants that doesn?t cook the food for you. I personally prefer taking home cooked up... ?za, but it?s also pretty fun to bake it in your own kitchen.. The pizzas are downright delicious and the cheesy bread is alsotop notch. However, I do wish they would put bigger pineapples on their pies. Pineapple pizza enthusiasts like myself would beso grateful if they took those tiny bits of pineapple and chunked them up. Pro tip: only bake one ?za at a time. They bakefaster that way and you can snack on your first pie while waiting for the second. Read more

We ordered 2 chicken Mediterranean pizzas from here tonight. Never have I ever had such few toppings on one of these pizzas.... They were on sale, so I?m not sure if that?s why but if I had known they were only going to use half the amount of toppings, Iwouldn?t have purchased. Really disappointing and not worth the price. This place has really gone downhill. We ordered via the app and the pizza wasn't close to ready when they said it would be. Took... over 30 minutes after walking in and the store wasn't that busy - two employees on a Sunday night. I contacted them viafacebook, filled out the online survey with no response. This store used to be great but the last two visits have been horrible- slow service and terrible pizza. Take a look! Read more
