I ordered pizza online at 8:38 pm on a Wednesday night. I called the store at 9:35 and asked what the hold up was with the... delivery. The guy said that they had given it to door dash a couple minutes before I called. I asked why wasn't I given a calland told this? I've been waiting all night for my food. He of course had no excuse or reason why he was just apologetic. Thedoor dash driver showed up at 10:01 (I'm literally 3 mins from the actual store.) AND OF COURSE HE DIDNT HAVE ALL THE FOOD IORDERED! AND THE STORE CLOSED AT 10. ALL OF THE FOOD PLACES IN ROSEMOUNT, MN ARE HORRIBLE. JUST ADDED ANOTHER ONE TO THELIST! Read more
My order took over an hour and a half to be delivered when i live 6 minutes from the store... also it arrived cold to where i... needed to reheat my entire order just to be able to eat so i then had to wait even longer than the hour and a half i jad alreadywaited for my order to arrive. They did give me credit for my order because i payed in cash they could only give me credit atthe store but i would not order from here again and the only reason i am is to recieve my money back. Food was fine, but I waited for over an hour to get my pizza after being notified that it was ready on the app. I was using... curbside pickup and checked in when I arrived. I called the store after 20 minutes and they said they were just about to put thepizza in the oven, which confused me. I eventually went into the store after having waited an hour. Stood at the empty counterfor 10 minutes before getting acknowledged by a worker, whereupon my food was pulled out of the heating box, leading me tobelieve it had been ready the whole time. I will say it was an extremely busy night for the business, but even so it should bestaffed appropriately to be able to handle Friday night food rushes, and to honor the expectation of curbside pickup. horrible customer service. had issues ordering a delivery three times in the span of 15 minutes. turns out the order was never... placed when i called. someone called me back offering me my order for free for carry out. just called today to pick that up andthe guy i spoke with told me the original guy never put that on my account and could only give me a $10 credit. Ordered a family box meal. The sausage pan pizza was doughy throughout the whole pizza. Bread sticks were not cut and the sticky... "cinastick" topping coated the entire sides of the pizza. Definitely not up to par compared to my previous hut orders .Disappointed Read more
Had to order while one of workers here sat on the counter (that I was ordering at) playing videos on their phone the whole time,... didn't even want to continue to read the menu with them sitting so close on it. Don't even care how the food tastes when it'shanded off with poor service. I also would rather not grab my food off the counter where that person just sat, not veryclean. Pizza hut as a whole is pretty good, but this location just needs some management with service and they could have muchhigher potential. Read more
Placed a order at 6:13pm, said it would be here at 7:30. Called the store at 7:50, person on the phone said that the order was... sent to door dash and that it was never picked up by them. Then he says that HIS driver will get the pizza out to me. I said whydidn?t you use the driver in the first place! Place is a joke!!! Needs new management! How can you run a business like that!
