I will never understand how they operate, one person making drinks while others are standing around. I have given this location... a lot of grace but the last visit we waited 40 minutes and this visit I am on 20 minutes of waiting (mobile order). The staff isalways friendly but it doesn?t out to the constant long wait times for mobile orders. Read more

I come to this Starbucks almost daily- they know my voice here and today they were out of ?Carmel? for the Carmel macchiato... however still wanted to charge me 80 cents more for dark Carmel because the regular Carmel is out of stock. The 80 cents isn?tthe problem but it?s the principle that you want to charge me and you are out of stock? I spoke to the manager and he said thisis policy and there is nothing he can do about it. I would rather spend my money at Caribou than deal with the level of rudenessof the manager of the store. Read more

I placed an online mobile orded every time I have they will fill it all the way up to the top. Sometimes I ordered mango dragon... fruit drink don?t have dragon fruit inclustion. Matcha latte and frappuccino drink put too much matcha powder taste bitter.Caffè latte taste like soy milk put too much soy milk. Coffee has become "watery" in quality. Found out brewed coffee is no longer the standard but coffee made from pods, and charged... at the price of freshly brewed coffee. I don't know if this is a decision made by individual locations or if it iscorporate-wide but if I want this watered-down java I will go and buy gas station coffee for a fraction of the price. Once again so disappointed at Rosemount Starbucks ordered Carmel crunch Frap I didn?t get one crunch and no Carmel sides or on... top. The staff have always been very polite. I have never gone on the inside to order food or beverages, however the drive thru moves... very quickly. The staff, all hours I utilized this locations services, are always ???? courteous, greeting you in thedrive-through upon arrival/ordering board & at the window you receive your order/pay for items ordered. One of the workers was sweeping the floor while we were sitting right next to her was getting all dusty and she slamming the... chairs around that's why they got a three it was not an enjoyable time we were there for a meeting. The service was good. Read more
