Would give their food 2.5 stars but rounded up to 3 stars. Service is friendly; never have had an issue there, they should... smile more often though. Atmosphere is basic; not super clean, not super dirty. Would like to make a comment that the last timewe attended (12/6/22) some of our fish came out raw and the veggies were not all that either, in that my broccoli was rubberylooking and bland. We've had better food here before, so that was a disappointment. Currently their grill is out (unless it'sbeen fixed since this post), so grilled fish options is not an option. Read more
Terrible, the woman in the drive thru completely ignored us and didn?t give us a chance to finish our order. She slammed the... curtain in our face after my dad asked her a simple question, just completely rude. We have never had such a rude encounter atthis Captain D?s before. Woman was completely rude. Arrived at 8:50pm only to be told they are closed (online hours are till 9pm - they even list the closing time below their... drive-through menu as 9pm). I realize it isn't exactly courteous show up minutes before closing but advertised hours ofoperations exist for a reason. Read more
Captain D's batter fish is delicious, you guy should open More Captain D's in The Hong Kong City Mall area on bellaire blvd,... because there are a lot of asian people lived in that area and a lot of asian people loved eating fish????. Read more

I went tonight and ordered grilled fish with grilled shrimp. When I got home the fish was half cooked and also the shrimp. I... called letting them know that there had been a mistake with my order and they informed me that I could come back to get a neworder. When I get there I show them the plate with the raw fish and shrimp. The next thing I know a man sticks his head out thewindow I'm assuming it's the cook, telling me he will only replace the the fish and shrimp and not the sides or rice because Iate the Mac and cheese. After I just drove 13 miles to get food to drive all the way home and come back to get my food replaced.The worst part is they didn't even replace what I came for to be replaced. They replaced the fish but not the shrimp. He overcooked the fish didn't even season it . Not what I wanted to go through after a 12 hr day to get food go home go back and stillnot get what I paid for. Just to be upset and not hungry anymore . Read more
Captain D?s has great seafood and for a good price!! All these years later (~20)and their food is still good!
