There was water on the floor by the table the whole time we were there. We told the waiter and all he said was okay and the... water never was mopped up. We waited an hour and a half and did not get all the food we ordered. What they did bring was cold.We had to ask for napkins and refills from the hostess because we only saw our waiter once. Chili's was not busy when our party of 4 arrived. There were plenty of open seats and not many dining there for lunch. It took... 5-7 minutes to be greeted by a hostess and another 5-7 minutes to be seated. After being seated a waitress came a few minuteslater to take our drink orders. She brought the drinks about 10 minutes later. We ordered food when the drinks were delivered.The food was ok but the server did not refill drinks and was not very helpful. We were not given plates for the appetizers orstraws for our drinks. We had to request them several times. After we finished eating, we waited approximately 10-12 minutes forour bill. We paid with cash and a credit card. When the server returned with the receipts she walked away without leaving thechange for the cash. I had to request it from her. I believe in leaving good tips, but strongly disagree with "forgetting" togive change when it had been placed in the servers pocket already. Read more
Recently I hosted a club party. I chose Chili?s in Brazos Town Center in Rosenberg, TX for this event. I initially went online... to the party platters menu and found an extensive selection of appetizers and entrees. Went in person to sample some of thefoods and was pleasantly surprised not only at the presentation but also the quality and service. I was given a limited budgetbut the large quantity of food I ordered was well under budget. Ordering was a breeze a day ahead of time. I was sent a textmessage the day of pickup with a secure link to pay and I did so easily. When I later arrived to pick up the large order, themanager and servers alike loaded the order promptly. The food was found to be hot, fresh, well-prepared and delicious. Onedoesn?t expect quality food nor good service from chain restaurants but this restaurant went over and above with both. This is just HORRIBLE. The 1st pic is supposed to be loaded mashed potatoes and it looks like potato soup. There is rice under... my chicken that was not requested and also black beans. The shrimp was missing from the steak, just everything about it wasHorrible. I should have listened to my husband when he said don?t order from this location again. This is literally the 3rd timein a month our order was incorrect or just horrible. Definitely my last time at this location. Read more

Not the Chili's of the old days for sure. This feels very much like a national chain restaurant too big for their bridges. Kind... of story. I came here to have lunch with a pair of family members and was shocked to learn the thighs of the portions comparedto the pricing of the menu. This would have been acceptable if the food had matched the same level. Unfortunately it didnot! No, I will say that the service that I received from the waitress and other staff was beyond exceptional and met the markof expectations. However, when more than two people say that their food taste like pure grease and no flavoring, something iswrong. When ordering $20 worth of fajitas. You don't expect to get stale tortillas that are difficult to chew, cheese that is sodry. Dry it must have been out overnight. Guacamole prepared in a lightning round that failed. I could go on and on but there'sno real point. I would simply say that chili needs to up their game. Read more
