It use to be a good place to eat breakfast with the fam but now it?s just gone down hill! I brought my grandparents for... breakfast the other day and The table they sat us at was dirty! The chairs were dirty! When I open my menu it was sticky and hadold orange juice. The server was ok. She took a while to take our order. She just checked on us once. We have been customers for a very long time my son is 15 now since I was pregnant I enjoyed the warm fluffy pancakes, everyone... is always kind, warm welcoming & serves you well. The pancakes were EVERYTHING! My omelette was HUGE! Hot & Fresh! They took a little longer than expected but I can?t knock them... for it. They were working hard with the little help they have so? thumbs up. Read more
I love Denny's has good quality and quantity of food it is so fresh.
I at first asked if the steak was cooked on a grill or a griddle. The waitress said a grill so i ordered the t-bone steak n eggs... and a side of sausage links. When it was served I immediately knew that it wasn't a grilled steak. (I do not like griddledsteaks. I wouldn't have ordered it) So I ate the hash browns and eggs. The sausage links were horrible too. My son wouldn't eveneat them. The entire time we were there, the waitress NEVER came to check on us. She finally came when she seated the tablesnext to us and I asked for the check. I asked for the manager and explained what happened and he removed the steak from thecheck. I also let him know that there was a fruit fly or gnat issue and he told me that this is the season that they come out?Fruit flies DO NOT have a season. This is normally a drain issue. This was a hearty, tasty breakfast, plus I like that they use real cheddar in the eggs. Cozy dinner style décor and very fast... and friendly service. Nothing fancy, just a nice warm meal with good coffee and fast service. Read more
I visit restaurants regularly but most of the time, I go to them for dinner. I don?t like breakfast food that much, but even an... anti- morning meal person like myself gets that occasional urge for pancakes, eggs, bacon, and hash browns. And when I do, agood choice for food among chain establishments is Denny?s. I found myself recently at the Rosenberg DPS with my teenager,waiting in line to get her driver?s permit. We had about an hour to wait, so we decided to get a bite to eat and noticed thatthere was a Denny?s right there, within walking distance. This was one of those rare moments when breakfast sounded good, so weturned in that direction and headed there on foot. This Denny?s location is clean and since we were there earlier in the day ona Monday, there were few people present. That meant we were seated immediately. The tables were far apart, which meant therestaurant was practicing social distancing and people were safe. And I like that they had a paper menu on the table, but alsothe ability to easily pull up a menu on your phone, if you felt safer doing it that way. Since we were here for breakfast, Idecided to go with one of my Denny?s favorites, the French Slam. It came with eggs and bacon. They made everything just rightand I was more than satisfied overall, especially with the French toast. My kiddo loved her Pumpkin Pancakes too. She said thatthe hash browns weren?t necessarily the best, but she was still satisfied overall. The service at this Denny?s was prompt andwe were in and out in a short time. We had no problem making our way back to the DPS before our number was called. We bothagreed that the service was excellent and the food was good overall. Like I said, I?m not big on breakfast, but I like Denny?sbreakfast food and they definitely treated us right on this visit to this location. They need an option for negative stars. Tonight my family went to this location and I had to give them my plate back. Bacon was... rubber, eggs were flavorless and cooked completely wrong, sausage tasted like burnt rubber and hash browns were cold and stale.Pancakes for my kids had no vanilla added so their pancakes tasted like bread. Zesty nachos were stale and soggy. Last butcertainly not least, a ROACH crawled out from behind my seat and along the top of booth. That was it. We got up and left. Ishouldn?t have been charged for anything after that roach but I was so disgusted I didn?t want to fight and got the hell out andwill not be going back. Gross dirty establishment and horrible cooks.
