Well when it first opened it was very good, this weekend we have gone twice and it’s been horrible. The thin crust was... basically nothing on it, no sauce it was just a crust pizza. Tonight it was a hand tossed and it was so stiff that when you pickit up it would’ve even fall apart, very dry big burned “bubbles” on it. Pie anyone!! The quality really depends on who is working when you order. Sometimes the pizza is burnt, dry, soggy and just not... good. Then sometimes the pizza is good but not great. Consistency is definitely an issue. I would definitely suggest the ownersmake some proactive changes immediately if they want this business to thrive. I am so disappointed in my order. I asked for extra sauce well done and it was neither. Looks like they put less sauce and... hardly cooked it. The wings are so so small that my finger is bigger than it, and I have very small hands. I am so disappointedand this is not even the first time this has happened. I would rather spend the extra money to get Pepperoni's. Read more
Terrible service. I had to tell the guy my order 3 times when i picked up, I couldn’t understand him, he was confused when i... paid cash... i had to wait for my pizza cause he was folding pizza boxes and the pizza was already ready. He didnt give me mygarlic sauce i paid for. I usually dont complain but i work in customer service and that was TERRIBLE service and the personcutting the pizza is TERRIBLE. my sister wasted 40 bucks on this place and the day before they took almost an hour for a simple plain cheese pizza and they... somehow managed to mess it up. Y'alls signature is the garlic crust and it tastes like plain little ceasers crust. If i wantedlittle ceasers, i would've ordered from there. we called customer service and after filing our complaint the manager proceededto say we are blind even tho they messed up making plain dry stale crust and they hung up on our face. do not waste your timeand money like we did. if i could give 0 stars i would Read more
Ordered 3 pizzas. Never again. This is the 2nd time this location has messed up my order. The first time I had carside delivery... and had to wait for over an hour and I had to end up going inside to get my pizza. They straight up paused the 2 minute timerwhere they are supposed to come outside and give me my pizza. On top of that the pizza had no garlic on the crust. They did thesame thing today. No garlic on the crust and when I called the store I asked for a refund and they hung up. We told the deliverydriver she can take back to pizza and I offered pictures as proof. After waiting ten minutes for 1 car in the drive thru line, I finally got my pizza. One that should have had jalapeño had been... cooked and jalapeño added after the cooking! One that should not have had mushrooms was cooked with the mushrooms. Thankgoodness we don’t have an allergy to mushrooms! The online order process normally sucks and this time it actually worked.Thought I was free of the headache, only to find a held up pick up line and pizza not made the way I ordered. Order showed it was out of the oven at 11:28pm and didn't show up until after 12:34AM. It was completely cold, meat was dried,... and missing 2 toppings we paid for. Driver gave no apology for the late delivery and didn't seem to care. I tried calling thestore number and stayed in queue until close with no answer. Even tried to call from 2 phones. This was complete garbageservice. We have had a great experience for years at this location but this was straight garbage. The kids didn't get to eat.Smh. Disappointing. Read more
