Hubby tried this store for the first time yesterday since it's near his office and was seriously underwhelmed! First off: ... Sticker Shock! They'd asked if he wanted a half or a whole. Having not been there prior he went with the whole, plus a bag ofchips and a fountain drink. $23.00?!? Those must be some really special bags of chips. According to the website, the wholeshould have been a 15" inch sub. What he was served was maybe a 12". Sandwich quality: Was okay, meats were fine, but it hadfar too many onions which he removed due to them being soggy (not fresh). Hygiene: One person was making the subs, nothandling the money too--as mentioned in another review-- so this was good. In preparation however, they make the sandwichdirectly on the counter, as opposed to on the paper they later roll it in. Overall, given the price vs. quality, not really akeeper for us. Read more
Just moved to Rosenberg and this is the first business that has made me feel welcomed. Even though it was busy I was treated... with care. This specific jersey mikes food was amazing! I've been to a couple and this one was by far the best. The tea was freshly brewed... and the bread my sandwhich was made with was very hot and fresh! First off, let me say I love Jersey Mike's and we were excited when this location - my husband and I stop by once a week (we've... been coming here for the past 6 weeks). However, 5 of those 6 times, my order is wrong. The one time it was correct is when wedined in. 4 times it didn't have the bread I requested, and I deal with it because I was already home and the inside of thesandwich was always correct. This time though, I ordered online, double checked my order before submitting it. When I picked upmy order, I opened up the package before I got to my car to check to check the bread... Peeked and it was good. Went home and assoon as sat down to eat, I had peppers in my sandwich. It was already too close to closing or I would have called. It is the 5thtime of my order being incorrect!!! 5 times out of 6! They always make my husband's food correctly. I always think maybe theydon't hear my order correctly because I'm soft spoken but since I did the order online I was so sure they could not screw upagain but they proved me wrong. Jersey Mike's is expensive opposed to other sandwich shops but they use good ingredients, so Ipay for better quality but at this point it's a slap in the face. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the sandwiches aregood, especially when they get your order right. If you come here, before you leave (especially if you order a hot sub), checkyour food to make sure it's correct. I just moved to the area and I'm so glad there is a Jersey Mike's. Their Chicken Bacon Ranch is absolutely out of the world... delicious!
