This location has lazy people that don't want to work, the doors are locked at 8pm when the worker says they close at 9:30 so be... prepared to do drive thru only after a certain time even though there are 10 workers in the building. Lazy young people! Read more
Chow mein with a side of eye rolls. Really disappointed in the customer service we experienced, specifically Jackie. Visited at... 7:20pm on a Sunday and was told the drive thru was closed. (No separate drive thru hours listed, minor inconvenience, butok?) Went inside to order and recognized Jackie as the voice on the intercom. Halfway through filling our order she stopped andwalked away to help the party after us. I let her know we still had more to order and she rolled her eyes and said ?she?ll helpyou?, nodding to her coworker. I understand that people are tired and overworked but when you?re met with respect and kindnessfrom customers, the expectation is reciprocity, not a bad attitude and disrespectful behavior. There are many smallerrestaurants in the community that would love to have the business. Read more
Hey management, why bother listing a phone number to be reached at if your employees are too overworked to answer? God forbid an... incident happen in front of your store and nobody (including Rosenberg PD) can reach you. Your customers, employees, andcommunity deserve better. Read more
Very bad customer service!! My mom and me came to the drive thru to order something new for the first time. When we asked... questions to the staff about which beef is sweet and and unsweet the reply was in a very rude voice from the guy, he seemedirritated. I will not order anything from here ever again!! No one welcomes you to the restaurant. Many bowls of food are empty.. I order a plate but portion was a bowl Had to ask for more... chow menu and was told specialty shrimp was only 7 pieces. The prices have increased but portions have significantly decreased?Will no longer eat at these restaurants as the Fm 1093 location is the same. Shame on you Panda Express?? Read more
