To bad I had to put a star,this location is the worst experience I've ever had, 1st I ordered my pizza online, said 70 mins till... delivery 2hrs later I get on the app and shows my driver going in the opposite direction basically back to the store,showeddoor dash driver,but besides that the pizza was old and hard like it wasn't kept warm,the bread sticks were old,well i postedwhat my order looked like, tried calling the store numerous times and no answer,I don't recommend anyone to this store for anyreason I should've known better as to the previous order couple months ago when I did carry out and walked in the door andnoticed a bunch of kids with loud rap music blasting to where the cashier couldn't hear me speak to where I had to yell my namejust to get my order Read more
Worst experience I ever had at a Pizza Hut the workers was slow and inattentive I ask and paid for Cheese sticks came back 15... minutes later they gave me bread sticks. And the cashier try to act I was lying and he telling me that?s what I order. And whenI ask for a manager he basically ignored me. And I had to wait another 15 minutes for my sticks. Delivery time was an hour and a half on a Monday night!! Got to love contactless delivery, driving never knocked on the door. I... don't know when it was delivered looked outside a few minutes after delivery time and was on the ground it was lukewarm. Noneed to call and complain you can't rings for a minute and a half and then it cuts you off. Read more
The food is always just as we order EVERY TIME! The staff is also always very friendly and never lacking in customer service.... Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza! The only constructive criticism I offer is if the waiting area and doors into the establishmentwere to stay clean. It makes a difference to your customers! I placed an order online, at 6:39pm, Sat. night. I got a text at 7:06 saying my order was out for delivery! Lol, yea, right! 8pm... rolled around & still no order! I called the store & asked were my order was & was told that it just left. I said how could thatbe, when I got a text, a half an hour ago, saying it was on the way. I said that I hoped our order was hot, when it got here &he assured me that it would! Not! The pizza was luke warm & looked like it had been set on its side with the pepperoni & cheesesliding to one side. I won't be ordering Pizza Hut, ever again.
