They really need to work on serves. Drive thru should flow smoothly. Everyone knows drive thru is on a timer. So speed is a very... important component. But you can not forget the other 3 components accuracy , courteousness with a smile and freshness. If anyof these elements or for better words essential steps are not present then your customers visit will not go well. Which meansmost likely they're not going to return and even if they do it will not be very often.
