Well, I try to give as many details as I can when I write reviews. So, you'll know what to expect. This time, we went through... the drive thru and, placed our order. The food and service we're acceptable. Except, the part where we're three miles down theroad and discovered, that they forgot to put ketchup in the bags for our fries. The next exit was five miles away and, thefries were getting cold plus, milage would've added up, just for a few packages of ketchup. Other than that, I'll probably bevisiting again in the future. When I got there their computers were down and couldn't take orders, but they told me they usually come back up within 7... minutes. Okay that gave me time to look at the menu because I hadn't been there in a while. No big deal the service wasexcellent and as always the food was fantastic I love Wendy's burgers. Avoid this Wendy's at all cost. Go to the one in Richmond or the one in Sugar Land. The employees here are RUDE, ordered 2... maple chicken sandwiches via the app at 8:45 a.m. Arrived 15 minutes later and they tell me it is going to be 5 minutes. 13minutes later still waiting on the order and then get the order and it is wrong. Called the store asked to speak to the manager- Lady says her name is Maria D won't give me any additional information. Then tries to tell me she doesn't have a supervisoretc. and hangs up on me. Great experience. Friendly courteous young man who took our order and rang us up when at the window. I didn't get his name but... he looked to be high school or maybe out and Hispanic. Very friendly and said thank you come again. Some employees at otherlocations and restaurants are just doing a job and not much interaction with the customer. Identifying with the customersmiling can increase sales and even shows initiative on the employees part. Thanks again food was quick hot and enjoyable. Read more
Great place to eat and get a frosty but the day we went I needed to use restroom store doors was locked.
