Very disappointed. Today my husband and I went to eat. When we sat down waiting for our food, we noticed an employee come out of... the bathroom and had been sitting next to us due to his personal belongings being there. He grabbed his belongings and wentoutside. We noticed blood in the seat as well has his pants soaked in blood. When another employee brought us our food. I askedif the man was ok. I informed him that he was an employee. He opened the door and asked if he was bleeding and if he was ok. Theman outside said he was. The other employee told us he was bleeding a lot to just be calm about it. Then continued to say thiswas nothing new, there's always something going on with this guy. But never to the extent of bleeding. I then went to theregister and asked if they were sure that he was OK. They literally acted as if they didn't care at all. The employee told usthere was 2 managers, one who didn't care about anything and one who does, but she was the only one in the back doing anythingso she was preoccupied. There was a LONG line at drive thru. I ordered inside and also some people ordering. After I placed my order, I thought I?d wait... a good 30 minutes. I waiting about 5 minutes!! They take forever to give your food at this location. Whether it's drive thru, dine in, or an app order. The employees are... always messing around playing with each other while they have long lines at the drive thru. The manager there doesn't seem tocare either. She plays with them just as well. Rude staff every single time. Half of the time they act like you're not there! I always try to order at least 15 minutes ahead... of time on the app and it never saves me any time here! You'll run out of gas by the time you make it through the drive throughline, and it's a miracle if you can get out of your spot if you opt to park and just go inside because of the backup thedrive-through line causes. This isn't the staff's fault, but the parking lot layout is a joke. Read more
I do not like this location at all. There's always some issue. If it's not that after waiting more than half an hour at the... drive-thru and then getting your order wrong, then it's waiting a long time inside for them to give you your order and thengiving you fries that taste old and greasy. Bottom line, there's always an issue. Read more
This is truly the worst Whataburger in Texas. I have reached out to the number on my receipt previously and they still do... nothing! On this visit the drinks were wrong ordered via the app and received two of the same drinks and the fries always seemlike they have been there for days and reheated.
