Ordered over the phone today 11/1/22. Kevin assisted me. He was so professional and helpful with my order. I went in to pick up... the food he also assisted me at the register and was super helpful and professional. Food was also excellent. Read more

Although our order was on time, I wasn't too crazy about the parmesan cheese wings or the boneless lemon pepper. However, had... the mild barbecue wings and fries and were satisfying. Next time, I'll order the bone-in lemon pepper wings and see if theflavor is better. Read more

Lobby look great food was okay but there a guy always picking up after After someone in the lobby. Floor don?t smell anymore no... offense to no one. Restroom looks cleaner or it change management. My families was please with the store. I come here about 3years before it was horrible. Now it looks great. Can?t complain that one Hispanic guy who was cleaning. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. TERRIBLE location. Let me say it again. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. TERRIBLE location. Ordered boneless.... Wings were over cooked. To the point where they were inedible. We recently ordered for delivery through the Wingstop app. Weordered two 10 piece meals and 6 ranches, and we received two 8 pieces with only 3 ranches. When I called to resolve the issue(same day and next day) no one answered. I showed up the next weekend and the manager on duty called me a liar. He said Ishould have called and I showed up too late to file the complaint. A) I did call, they didn?t answer. B) I work!! I don?t havetime to go to Wingstop during the week. So yeah he wouldn?t even try to remedy the mistake. Would not recommend. The location10 min away at Crabb River Road is where we usually go. They are awesome! But they are also further away. The prices forWingstop are steadily increasing and is a treat for my family when we choose to eat here. So sad when you try to treat yourfamily and are treated like trash. Read more

This place is disgustingly unorganized and the customer service is ridiculous. Do not attempt to place an order to be delivered.... It will never arrive correctly. Our second time ordering to be delivered and items were missing. My daughter also orderedonline. 1.5/hrs later, order still not ready and the staff has no clue of what?s going on with her order. I will not bepatronizing this location again. They appear to have very young staff who doesn?t have a clue if the place closes down, theywon?t have a job but I guess they don?t care about that. Second time I came here to pick up an order that was not ready and waiting for it over 20 minutes for it even when the order was... placed 30 minutes before arrival. This last visit, we were not even told the food was ready and waited while the crew continuedserving guest that placed orders walking in, some of those guest walked out before we did. Probably won't return to thislocation. There was a crew member with her hair down over the food, that needs a hair net or cap. Read more

This location has a sign that states they are open until midnight. However, upon walking into the location at 11:26pm, Friday we... were turned away with the excuse that they were no longer taking orders. We spoke to the manager on the floor as it was stillearly enough to take orders and the doors were still open as people were eating inside. The manager on shift (Tee) stated thathe shut down the machines for online orders, yet we were in person. So, we of course are taking our money elsewhere, but wewould suggest this location change their hours to the time they prefer or the store manager step in and train their substitutemanagers to do their job.
