Tried the brisket, mac and cheese and beans. Great mac and cheese and beans. The brisket is good, but could use more seasoning... rub and moisture. Overall good food. Peach cobbler is a must. Read more

Loved this small BBQ stop. The brisket was tender and the sauce was perfect. As soon as they opened they were sold out of the... sausage unfortunately. Their buttered red potatoes and cheese was delicious but a bit greasy, just how I like it. I will becoming back in the future when I have an out of town job that passes through Burg. Read more
I found this gem on my first trip to the Rosenberg DMV to issue my DL. When I left i was so glad I saw it on my way back home!... Today is my second time here and I must say , generous , clean , satisfied the tastebuds and appetite and the entire structurefrom outside and the interior Decoration is so authentic and heart warming! This place has always been good in the past but I?m not sure what happened to them lately. My girlfriend has been wanting to try... this place so I decided to take her only for it to be a big disappointment. I paid $22 for brisket and sausage. The brisket washalf cut and it was thinly cut and the sausage was also thinly cut. If I?m paying $22 the plate shouldn?t feel like there?snothing in it when you carry it. I understand there?s inflation going on but this is just not right how they?re just makingportions smaller. I?ve always recommended this place to friends but since this recent time I?ll never recommend it again butonly say they shouldn?t support a business that?s going to give you small portions for a large price tag. Happy to have found this place passing through Rosenberg! Got brisket plate with mac and cheese and potato salad....they were... good. Do wish brisket would of been a bit more juicy but just added bbq sauce. Enjoyed it....but what I loved was their peachcobbler! ???????????? ???????? Read more
