told us to park in the front and they?d bring our food out. so we parked, tasted our drinks and one was supposed to be rootbeer... but it wasn?t so i went inside to get a new one. the worker got an attitude and told her coworker to get me new drinks and hercoworker gave me two new drinks. so i tasted them to make sure one was rootbeer and neither of them were so she gave me ANOTHERdrink. in total i received 5 drinks for only 2 orders because for some reason they don?t know the difference between pepsi androotbeer. for every car in the drive thru they sent them to the front to wait for their food, guess it isn?t ?fast food?. thislocation is horrible and the workers are rude Read more

I?m a little confused as to why I got 2 burnt hockey pucks instead of 2 Patties in my burger. Plus it tastes like soap. Gross.

Had to wait at dinner hour for them to get burgers unfrozen or something. Then this burger was the worst I have had!! Won't be... going back there again. Wendy's has a good tasting burger. Only went here as I was tired and got this on the way home. Read more

Terrible service, can?t get the order right even with multiple tries. Always out of something, either root beer, fries or... Patties. The food that did come out was cold. If you want KFC/ A&W save yourself the headache and go down the street to oldauburn and Sylvan. Read more

Disappointing experience. Drive-through Personnel told me to pull around the front and they would bring my food out to me. After... waiting 10 minutes I made a call and they told me the bacon was still being prepared. Finally the person from the drive-thruthat took my order appeared at the front door, stop for a moment to check his phone, then came outside and asked me if I was theone who placed the order. After we confirmed that I was indeed the person who bought the meal, he gave me my food and I droveaway. Unfortunately upon reaching my destination I realized there were no napkins, no ketchup, and my fries were definitely nothot. The burger was excellent. It was exactly as I had ordered it. That being said the rest of the experience overall was verydisappointing. I understand that this is just a fast food establishment but I also understand that if I was the franchise ownerand I read this report I might be tempted to terminate the employee. Seriously! What business allows their employees to runaround being totally distracted by their cell phones right in front of customers? Apparently yours. Read more

While the food was fine. It took us literally over 30 minutes to our food through the drive through. This includes being asked... to park out front to wait for our food to finish for 10+ minutes. All we got was "sorry corn dogs just got ready". Will not begoing to this location again. Read more

3 tries and 3 fails. I'm assuming we were the first customers of the day via drive-thru? They had very little prepared. They got... our order wrong and didnt include napkins or cutlery. We were in a rush and ended up having to lick mashed potatoes out of thecontainer because we didn't have spoons or forks, or even sporks! Their district manager is great though. I did have to complainonce after an unpleasant experience regarding ADA and the GM refused to meet with me. Their district manager was amazing. Saveyourself the hassle and go to another one. Read more
