My Togo order was supposed to be ready at 6:30. It?s now 7:15 and our order is still not ready. The restaurant isn?t busy at... all. I told the manager that we?ve been waiting 40 mins and he didn?t say one word. He went in the back and hid. We got noapologies from any of the staff. If your restaurant sucks or is short staffed, customer service can go a long way. Othercustomers even apologized to us and got their money back from their orders and the staff STILL didn?t apologize. I won?t becoming back. We finally got our wings at 7:30. An hour later. The bone in wings were really small and too tough to eat. Weordered ?Cauliflower WINGS? and it?s literally breaded cauliflower. Not WINGS. There?s no chicken at all. The only good thingabout our meal were the carrots. De-boned the chicken wings and tried to feed it to our dogs but even they didn?t want it. Read more
Came in for the first time and didn't know what to expect. First they were not busy and our server failed to bring out appetizer... until the main course was ready. Then forgot our dipping suace. When she realized she forgot she took another 10 min to bring methe sauce. Now i could deal with all that if the food was good...which it wasn't. My wing were hard and stale. We waited for 20 minutes to be seated at a Anwar empty restaurant, after being seared airy a group of 8 we waited an additional... 25 minutes to get water. Our beer orders were late by an additional 12 minutes and we hadn't even had our food order taken. Oneof our dinners didn't even get his water. We didn't even get a chance to order. This was a disappointing experience at best andpedantic and disheartening. Read more
We haven?t been to a BWW in years so we decided to visit on our trip. The food was delicious and we left full and happy. There... was a large party behind us making all kinds of noise but that?s not BWW?s fault. Just be aware. Read more
Walked in shortly after 6pm on a Tuesday and got sat right away. Server was at our table with a smile in less than 2 minutes and... drinks at the table within 5 minutes of sitting. We ordered the Cheese Curd Burger and the Crispy Southern Chicken Sandwich bothwith fries,. We also ordered the two orders of Carrots and Celery which, unfortunately came with the meal instead of before. TheCrispy Chicken Sandwich was one of the best I've had in a long time. Ordered to go and the food was ready on time and was good. Their large fries was severely lacking, I don't see how they can... charge $7 for that paltry amount. They also didn't put a lid on the salsa for our appetizer so it spilled all over the box whenI got it out of the bag. Read more
Wings are decent for boneless. They have revamped Blazing to a new reaper based sauce which is quite nice. I dont do a grading... scale for boneless but these are just a big chain wing place. Everyone has had them. They are what they are. Not the best butnot the worst Read more
Love coming here to eat when I crave wings. The BEST place to get wings at. Usually the onion rings and fried pickles are more... crispy but this time that I went they weren't crispy. The kid's mac n cheese is really cheesy and flavorful. Doesn't taste cheapor like face mac n cheese. Great and friendly service. Read more
