I had a great experience! The restaurant was quite busy but we were seated quickly. Jesus was our waiter and arrived within... minutes of us sitting down. He brought the chips and salsa quickly and our meal was delivered shortly after. He was so attentiveand always checking to make sure we were satisfied. Chevys in Roseville on Douglas boulevard is THE Best Mexican restaurant in the area. I just stopped by to enjoy their famous... Cadillac Margarita along with their signature chips and salsa. Not to mention the tastiest food I've ever had. Ash and Dawn wereextremely pleasant, delightful, and provided the most excellent customer service. I come just for the margaritas and stay foreverything else. Their warm, friendly atmosphere is just what I need to relax and unwind. DJ is AMAZING!!! We were so well taken care of and so impressed by how DJ anticipated EVERYTHING we needed! You will NOT... regret having DJ take care of you at Chevy’s Roseville. The hostess and manager, Dawn, are very friendly too and our visittoday has been AWESOME (I’m kinda picky). I’ll ALWAYS ask to be placed in DJ’s section! BTW, the food was delicious too! Read more
We went in for Mother’s Day and had a very mixed experience. The place was definitely overwhelmed when we got there because... the lobby was full of people and the restaurant was slammed. We understood when getting sat after waiting only 20 minutesactually, which wasn’t bad, that it may be a tough experience. Our server Sierra was excellent and took care of everythingperfectly. She offered an excellent margarita that we enjoyed and checked up on us regularly. Unfortunately when it came to thefood our order was made incorrectly, twice! I have a feeling this was happening for other table because the gentleman whogreeted us later seemed to be running around and talking to a lot of table throughout our entire visit. When the manager, Ibelieve Carlos?, did approach us he seemed genuinely concerned about the issues and made us feel like he personally messed upour order. He then proceeded to give us a couple of gift cards and told us that we were welcome to use this on our next visit.He even stopped us before we left to ask how everything was after he left. So overall the food was not exactly what we werehoping for but the staff made up for it with personal attention. We will definitely be back next week to try again! Read more

Been coming here since I was a kid, food is always amazing and service is the best! Today we got to try a couple of the new... drinks coming out on Dec 5th! The sunset is a margarita served up with a float of wine on top, it was AMAZING! The spicypineapple is muddled pineapple and jalapeño in a margarita, also AMAZING!
