I ordered the grilled pear salad for carry out, and paid extra to add chicken. I went to pick up and initially was handed... someone else’s salad. The employee corrected it when I asked, and I left with the pear salad. I didn’t see there was nochicken until I got back to work. Tried calling the restaurant but only got the managers voicemail. I let them know whathappened, asked if maybe they can make it right on my next order and to please return my call. I understand things happensometimes. No one called me back, though. So lack of follow up after a very kind voicemail when my order wasn’t correct.Disappointing because I really do enjoy the food, but I feel like I’d rather spend money at a different spot afterthis. Edit: my mistake, the manager did reach out to me and he called again today to make things right. Very pleased with theresolution and I’ve changed my star rating to full stars. This is the second time that wings had hardly any garlic/Buffalo seasoning. Also part of the pizza was bare, except for cheese. ... Person that took my order was amazing. I got there before any other customers and ordered but watched several customers thatcame in 10-15 minutes after, recieve their orders first. I'm patient so that wasn't a huge deal. Went with my wife and daughter on a Friday afternoon before the dinner rush. We're sat down quickly with no wait. Immediately... greeted and asked for waters while we browsed the menu. We order mild boneless wings for an appetizer and they are so delicious.My wife loves es their wings more than anywhere else. We shared a medium pizza on thin crust (cooks faster and the crispy crunchis nice) ordered chicken tenders for our daughter. I had ordered a flight of bourbon 2 of which are harder to find than theother 2. The general manager was excited to see me drinking and introduced me to Steve the owner of the chain and anotherrestaurant in folsom called j west we had a nice chat. I always appreciate hospitality and a more down to earth experienceespecially when it's a bigger sized place and multiple locations. Steve also surprised me with a taste of some special bourbonthat I've wanted to try for a while now. Made my day, week and possibly my month! I love wings. I know that this is a place for pizza,but they have the best wings I have ever had. I had their buffalo garlic... wings. They were crisp, juicy and the combination of buffalo sauce and crushed garlic is extraordinarily good. I also lovedtheir greek fries. They are crisp and covered with crushed garlic. Ok, so i am into crisp and garlic. If you do not like garlic,these two wouldn't be for you. I could eat here just for these two items. We also had three deep dish pizzas, a Combo Pizza withItalian sausage, pepperoni, green pepper, onion & mushrooms. A Pesto Chicken Pizza with grilled chicken, pesto cream, freshtomato, artichoke hearts, garlic, and red onion. And a White Chicken Pizza with grilled chicken tender pieces, spinach cheeseblend, garlic, mushrooms, garlic white sauce. All three were excellent with plenty of toppings and a perfectly cooked crust. Wee joyed all three. They have many other items. I will be back, for sure.
