This specific chilis has been great everything I have been here. Great Customer Service in a timely manner. Quick review. The food was actually very good. Everyone enjoyed their food and they had a robot food server that brought the... food to our table. The robot actually got there before the our waitress. The restaurant seemed to be a little short staffed butthat is a common problem these days. My only real complaint is parking. They had 10-12 food pickup parking spots right in frontof the restaurant but only 2 handicap parking spots. That needs to be better balanced out a bit. Read more

Usually, the food is good and well prepared. On this visit, however, the chicken in the boneless Buffalo wing and the chicken... strips was rubbery (almost like it had been reheated in a microwave). Our server, Cheyanne, was awesome. She was super-friendlyand competent. Read more
I had their takeaway 6oz Classic Sirloin medium rare, which was delicious. I always love the combination of flavors they use for... this dish, even though I don't usually like avocado, it actually goes quite well with the asparagus and steak. The only slightnegative thing I have to say is that it was luke warm when I picked it it up, even though I was 5 minutes early for curbsideservice. We had the two for $25 dinner tonight (NOV '21). The food came out quick and the food was good. In fact the portions are huge... and you will end up taking some home. The service started out really well and then the waiter was having a little troublekeeping up all in all a good experience. (DEC '21)....We went back again. The food and drinks came out fast, good flavors andplentiful. The server, Arianna, was very upbeat, spirited a good place. We went back Wednesday and had a late lunch on the $9special which you cannot beat. Nicole was our waitress and she did an excellent job. The food is great.. and good at her job. Irecommend getting the $5.00 margarita special with the meal - they are super. I have been to this Chili's a few times over the years and one thing is consistent. For some reasons the servers have a ton of... attitude and if they close at 10 they really mean 8:30. Come after that and expect to be treated like a deadbeat or burden. Youwould think that bringing in big parties of people would be welcome in the restaurant industry but every time I have it's beenlike we weren't wanted and our food took forever. The food itself is honestly good. Thus this is not a 1 star review. The priceis also good. They even give free meals to veterans on Veterans Day. I just don't know why 3 out of 5 servers has a chip ontheir shoulder. I go to a lot of restaurants with friends and something about this Chili's, they just don't want the business.The only reason I go back is because other people want to go there. I haven't been to Chili's in Yeeeears. I was craving me some Good Hot fresh Chili. I came in almost about noon time I ordered... myself a cup of Chili to go with the tortilla chips on the side. The Chili smelt good but when I got home n took a bite all Itasted was SALT OverLoad! I like Salty food but not like this. That's all you taste is Salt and nothing else. I'm sad.... theirchili use to be soooo good from back in the day. They use to serve it with crackers Mmmmm. The chili was also Lukewarm not Hotat all. If it didn't have that strong Salty Flavor it would be good. I also ordered a cup of creamy potato soup Never Had itbefore. Omgosh now that was Gooooood. Really good nice and Creamy and it was HOT! Good flavor yummy soft potatoes really yummysoup a 10 for the potato soup! The man who took my order was also very nice! Sooooo..... if you love tons of salt on your foodthen the chili will be just right for you otherwise don't waste your money on it.
