I had ordered here and the location had somehow lost my $30 order ONLINE! I asked for a refund, and instead of doing that, the... manager tells me it's a frustrating process for the refund to come into my bank account for 3 days. Why?? Because they're toobusy... Pfft, Instead they tell me we'll get it done, while I waited for about 35 mintues for my food. I've had a bad experiencehere before, but not like this. I?ve never had a problem before, so I?m not too angry. My burrito was completely wrong (it had steak, I?m a vegetarian and so... was my burrito, and it burned my mouth with the spice). They probably mixed up my burrito in all the chaos (the guy said he wasbuy himself, poor guy), and I understand accidents. I did the online thing and got a free entre, couldn?t use it becausedelivery minimum is 10 dollars, which is really odd. So, spent 40+ dollars just to get my meal right. Still waiting for mydelivery, but I was mostly mad about how I couldn?t just call the restaurant?? Anyways, no hate to the chipotle workers, justthe most frustrating meal ever. :( Read more

Food is as good as always in this branch but the amounts they serve in the Borrito bowls now are much less than they used to be... and even than the amounts served by other Roseville and Rocklin Chipotle branches. They also charge on the small sides. I usedto visit this branch on regular basis for take out borrito bowls but i now prefer to go to other branches. Read more

My boyfriend and I placed an online pickup order tonight, 7/31, and scheduled it to be ready at 9:20. We got there right at 9:20... and it was not ready, which is fine. Usually I?m not too picky about late times because I work food service and I know how it issometimes. However, there was only one person in line getting a bowl and another waiting for a pickup order as well. His washanded out and then they asked multiple times what the name on my order was. Meanwhile you can hear all the employees laughingand making dumb remarks, clearly not being attentive to their duties. 20 minutes later, our food is finally done. I get home andfind that they had forgotten all the sides that I picked out for my quesadilla. Pinto, black beans, and sour cream. Thequesadilla was just thrown into a container. I wouldn?t be too upset if the quesadilla wasn?t $9, in which case I expect mysides to be there. I got chips and queso as well, and the chips were so stale they were chewy. Really disappointing, and uponreading other reviews, it seems this location has a history of poor service and bad food quality. Won?t be ordering from thislocation again and am especially disappointed with the service the front of house workers showed. Read more

this chipotle is very slow, service is not friendly, and it?s super messy!! i felt uncomfortable when they filled my bowl since... it looked like a lot of ingredients had cross contamination. it felt rushed and the ingredients that were out weren?t evenrefilled so i could have it in my bowl. I generally enjoy chipotle, but this place is just inconsistent. The line to get your food is small and a tight fit. Every time... I've gone they're either out of a certain item or two, or the person making my food will make mistakes. Especially when I getthe food delivered. I understand mistakes happen, but this has happened over multiple locations. Read more

This place is so inconsistent. Wife's plate was way more than half the weight. They were the same other than the cheese that... was supposed to be on the side. Mine hardly had any meat. This was the last straw. The same people still work there doingthe same thing over and over. The home office complant line. Don't seem to do anything because it continues and continues. I love Chipotle food. It is always consistent no matter which location you visit. This location needs to change the layout of... their restaurant. It's a tight squeeze from the order area to the door. There was one employee hustling and communicating withthe cook about what items they were low on. The rest seem to hate their jobs. My burrito was delicious, but I doubt I'll go backto this location. Read more
