Poor quality cuts of meat - ranging from fatty to well done being burned and overcooked. Salad/side bar was lackluster and... uncreative. Unlabeled food made it hard to determine what hot dishes were in the covered servers. Shrimp was pasty tasting (i.e.way over cooked). There was no printed list/menu of meat selections like other Brazilian steakhouses offer. Waitress hardly evercame to check on us and the meat portions were bite-sized. Water was unfiltered which is unacceptable at this caliber ofrestaurant. WARNING - there is a new 5% surcharge for all meals that is listed in FINE (as in SMALL) print on the menu. Will*NOT* be back. Everything was perfect an delicious great service from everyone around and was also very clean with the table set up nice their... is a salad bar with a mix of meats an other items. And the servers will constantly walk over to cut you a fresh slice of variousmeats until you flip your card over to the red color. The food is so delicious ???? Read more

Came here today for my birthday dinner since a coworker told me about how great it was. Firstly, the website says there’s a... dress code so my boyfriend and I showed up in dress code as described on the website. when we arrived everyone was in t shirtsand jeans. I mentioned to the girl at the front and she laughed and said there’s no dress code. Maybe consider updating thaton the website? Since people are paying $60 a person to eat here, that is the least that can happen. Second, we were confused onhow it worked. Our waiter took a long time to get to us so the people next to us told us what to do. We waited like 20 min forany meat to come by and we actually had to ask that they make their rounds towards our table. Once we asked they were consistentwith bringing by the meats… that is why I gave 2 stars. Over all, my experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I feel like Ioverpaid for my experience. The food was good and it was an interesting experience. The meat was cooked well sides were a bit on the cool side without... heating elements to keep them warm. Found a fly in my mojito…they were nice enough to tell me I didn’t have to pay for theone with the fly mixed in it but also made a joke about me meeting a new little friend. It wasn’t a good time or anappropriate joke, management needs to work on their delivery. We will not be back. Read more

The Gauchos were all very polite and charismatic, and the food was all very high quality and delicious. I will note that they... don't season some items as much as you might expect, and I imagine that's to cater towards all pallettes. The steak is served agorgeous rare that's got impeccable texture, their salad bar ingredients are well stocked, and they have high qualitycharcuterie fare available with excellent cheese. A decent wine selection, only one Merlot, but it was tasty. While I didn'tapprove, the table next to me only wanted well done steak cuts, and I was shocked to see they actually accommodated for thatdespite typically making steak for the entire room. That creme brulee was to die for. Keep an eye out for the bacon wrappedfilet mignon! I almost cried it was so good. It's $56 per person for meats and market table. Add a drink and dessert, you'llprobably be spending a minimum of $70 per person, but it's worth it as a fine dining experience. Read more

Stopped by for couple of drinks before heading to dinner plans elsewhere- the ginger blueberry mojito was something different... than I’d normally drink but it was good. Staff is really friendly & bartenders were nice & made good recommendations. Theyalso have a full bar here so that’s nice! Read more
