Slowest drive thru ever been in. It?s been terrible for months now. Not sure if it?s an understaffed issue or what but a drive... thru should not take 20-30 minutes when you are the only car in line. I also refuse to use DoorDash now because you can onlyorder extra large for a size option from this Jack n Box. Read more

If I could do a zero star I would , they have racist employees , we went to get dinner and we were discriminated, they kept... emphasizing the last name . The manager himself kept asking about where we are from and laughed at the last name. The girlsseems to have attitude issues and snapped at us when we corrected her that order was wrong , she was very rude , could barelysee her face as she was wearing a red hoodie and seems very unprofessional. Why does it matter where people are from? , why doesit matter what the last name is.? To top it all the order was still incorrectly done. They have no sense of customer service . Iwould never recommend anyone to go to this place specially with this racism , attitude , rudeness and Discriminating nature ofthe employees there. I was very disappointed with this place . Surely this place is full of racism as they did not prepare ourfood correctly due to the fact they were more interested in the last name and where we were from then to focus on providing goodcustomer service . Came in to order breakfast and since I was with a trailer I couldn?t go to the drive through. I tried one door and it was locked... and as I was walking to the other door 2 female workers that were coming in waited for me to go check the other door and as Idid they quickly came in through the door I just checked and locked it again. They ran a little bit just so I wouldn?t have timeto get to the other door. As I checked door #2 it was also locked. Sign says lobby hours are from 6am and this was 9am. Iknocked on the door and they waved me off. I went back to the first door and the woman came out told me only drive through isopen. I told her the sign says other wise and she just told me it is wrong. I asked if I can atleast use the restroom and shetold me no because they open at 10am. Will not be going to back to this location for sure and will avoid Jack in the box fromnow on! Read more
