I got my food from a really nice guy. We talked for a moment to while I waited for my burger. I was really disappointed with... my food. I special ordered, and had a long wait which is generally an okay combination, but my burger was barely warm. I wasnot happy with the food, and didn't have the time to go back through the drive thru. Second time in a row that it's not been a good experience. The speaker and microphone in the drive-thru barely work so you have... to scream your order. It doesn't matter though because they won't get it right anyways. Ordered the number four meal and got aplain cheeseburger with nothing else on it and a large fry that might have a mounted to a small. Happy to never visit thisestablishment again. Read more
The staff there work very hard. 24/7 joint though you have to go thru drive-thru after 10pm
This location is ok. Every time we visit there are issues. 1. You can't dine or order inside. 2. They don't seem to hear your... order well, through the speaker. Our order is always wrong, unfortunately. 3. The wait time is always long. 4. The food isexpensive. Especially for always having issues with orders. They need to update their order system. Especially the microphone.If you aren't going to let customers inz then make sure the staff can hear us. Positives are that the staff is usually veryhelpful and nice. I forgot I hate this location and usually go to Douglas Blvd but this one is closer to me and I ended up in the drive thru. The... food is made wrong all the time and you have to ask for a receipt or they won't give you one for when they mess up your order.They also just choose when they are going to close and will have their open sign on with cones in front of the drive thru anddoors are locked. I love being able to come here at all hours of the night. It is very convenient and the food is great. However, Please update... your hours if you are going to be closed.
