Was coming from Kaiser emergency going home thought I?d stop and get something quick to eat I was very sick so I went to the... drive-through and ordered this bacon Swiss burger I?m so glad I didn?t leave the parking lot before I looked at it it was theworst dried up cheese and the bun was flat and bacon look like shoe leather when I took it back in the store I told her I wantmy money back I asked her what this is and she said what was made as soon as you ordered it yeah but from how long were thealready cooked ingredients sitting around she wanted to argue with me and I told her I don?t want to argue I?m sick I want togo home just give me my money back then she started swearing at me in Spanish and arguing with me some more she finally gave memy money and I left I wish I would?ve thought to take a picture of the darn thing supposed to post here I just wanted to go homeat that point Read more

Employee saw my boyfriend (who is wheelchair bound) and I getting out of my car to go in and eat, and they locked the... doors. There were people in the dining area eating, so it's not like it was closed. They made us look and feel extremelyembarrassed. Read more
We stopped for their really good tacos. The ones we got today were awful. They had too much sauce and lettuce. The meat tasted... like dog food. They have always been great but not today. We will give them another try but we may be saying goodbye to theirtacos. Really disappointed. Read more
20+ minutes in the drive through waiting on TWO TACOS, confirming 3 times they heard me say NO SAUCE, only to NOT be able to eat... them because they had sauce and I'm allergic to something in the sauce. The ticket says that Esther was one of the cashier's that took my order. And my first time visiting this Jack in the Box has... been one of the best. Very kind staff, and quick. Just got home and my patty was ice cold. I've tried giving you guys the benefit of the doubt. I understand things are hard for... everyone right now.
