As with all KFC locations, the chicken is, "Finger Lickin' Good." The service was a expected. I did 'Shake up My Meal' by adding... a vanilla milkshake to it. However they gave it to me before the rest of the meal, so it was more a vanilla flavored drink?Anyway, I'll give the employee a pass since it's most likely their 1st job. (They looked about 18ish) Overall, I'll go back,since I live about 5min away and I like chicken... and I'm lazy. Read more
The amount of times I have had cold chicken from here is disgusting. Recently tried to pull up to the drive-thru and the guy... asked me literally seven different times what I need help with when I said I just need a second. He sat the majority of the timetrying to talk to me when I was trying to talk to my kid. And then told me well the timer's going off. So unprofessional. Read more
Ordered & told they only accepted exact amount or credit card. Short 2 cents. Used credit card. Got food, no receipt. Huge sign... saying if I didn't get a receipt the food was free. Told employee, asked for refund. Told to park and wait while he took care oflong line at counter and then processed refund which would take an additional 15 min. Very rude and lazy staff!!! They will get your order right 70% of the time!! But normally you will be sitting out front for 15... to 20 minutes waiting for that order! Just remember if you pull up to the drive-through and no one is in front of you, you mayas well pull up to the window because they're not going to know you're even there to take your order because you're too busymessing around. The normal excuse for that is their drive-through sensor didn't pick up your vehicle when you pulled up!! Sojust remember to pull up to the window or you might not have your order taken!! Read more
Wish I could give them zero Stars which is the first time I'm actually saying this about a place but $23 for two large chicken... sandwich meals got us two large fries half-filled and sandwiches with a spot of sauce on them. They definitely need new peoplein the kitchen. Read more
This place has the rudest employees i have ever spoken to in my life. The young girl at the speaker started yelling at me after... I asked her to hold on a moment while I looked at the menu. She then proceeded to rudely repeat over and over and over "are youready yet?!" To the point where we couldn't even focus on the menu. Then she gave us the wrong food after we were parked for 10minutes. Oh and there were only half full fry cartons and they were not the seasoned fries we asked for. Worst experience ever.Period.
