Good - $2 buck soft "ice cream" cone Really good...
Went it for a mobile order pickup and no one was entertaining customers in the lobby. Asked an employee about the wait, and he... just shook his hands saying ?I don?t know, I don?t know? and walked away from me. I left because they took way too long, cameback to get a refund or assistance, but one of the employees said she was not taught to help with mobile orders. Awfulexperience and awful customer service. I wonder how they would feel if they were receiving the customer service they are givingto other people. Read more
I've never had a good experience here and I come through nearly every night before my shift. The people on headset are rude and... very curt. No "how's it going?" just "can I help you" and, once, seriously said "what do you want". They always forget somethingwether it be straws or, you know, the actual food that I ordered. Oh, and btw McFlurries are supposed to be made with a machine,you don't just drop the MnMs on top and call it a day. I wouldn't come back to this one if it wasn't the only one near myhouse. The managers don?t know how to operate the place. They focus more on the drive thru then the front counter to the point they... just ignore the customers on the front and their customers actually end up leaving because they are waiting too long. Sometimesthe managers even tell the customers to order from the kiosk instead because they are too focused on the drive thru. I don?tknow who actually promotes these people to higher management but who ever is in charge of this place needs to do allot of firingand more hiring if they care about their business reputation. Fine in section open but play area was blocked off. A more limited menu, for example, no grilled chicken sandwich. Recently... remodeled with shields around cash register area as well as indoor kiosk food order screens for self service. Read more
Took over 20 minutes to get my curbside pickup order while the line at the drive thru was moving along. There was another car... waiting too for even longer than I was and when the server finally came outside our food was switched and he kept insisting thatthe orders were correct. He barely spoke English too which made it harder for us. Read more
Today my experience here was great no issues my food was delicious I tried the new Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo and it wasn't... too bad the chicken patty was very juicy and flavourful and the sauce was a nice touch. Thanks for the great food for lunchI'll definitely come by again soon! Read more
Worst place to come during lunch time. I order a number one meal it took 20 min , mi bag was just being move around, from one... person to another, when I finally ask they check the bag put the burger and gave it to me, so technically my bag was jus sittingthere with a 20 min old French fry. I just left very frustrated. I will NEVER come back to this place. Very dissatisfied anddisappointed. Read more
