Workers here do not care about anything. Ordered at drive thru and asked for the meal but the girl that took the order only... marked us down for sandwiches. Luckily I asked for the receipt because once we got the food they gave us the wrong order. We hadordered bacon and they gave us sausage. I thought maybe they wrapped the sandwich wrong but no they were clearly marked sausage.How hard is it to complete the simplest breakfast order when we?re the only people in the drive thru at 7am on a Saturday? WhenI went back in to get the right order they all look so annoyed with their lives and do not care to try to make it right and totry to maintain customers. Read more

As we are all aware, raising the minimum wage didn't increase these workers' output. The order was wrong, and now the food is... too expensive. I can get a bigger burger and better fries at Rally's. Read more

I normally would not even rate a McDonald's but I was very disappointed with the manager who bagged my food and didn't notice... how my medium fry looked like a small fry (literally). Times are hard right now and the fast food industry should be gratefulthat hard working people still patronize these establishments who've also raised their prices during these crazy times. I selected this IHOP to try the 5 dollar deal advertised on TV . It was pancakes ,a choice of bacon or sausage and eggs. It... was really good and not bad for the price. Also my sever,was super fantastic. My only problem is the hostess /greeter deliveredthe worst customer service that l've experienced in years. Read more

Worst customer service. 2 times when using the deals section of the app it?s left out items that came free. They argue with you... and tell you you?re wrong. Like I?m really going to sit and debate this to try to get a free French fry! Both times I had to goback through the drive thru and reorder to finish my families dinner. The managers need a lesson in customer service. Read more

Went this morning and they missed giving us a sandwich we paid for and kids got milk. My son took a giant swig and immediately... was upset- the milk was SPOILED, chunky even. The gal that opened the lobby door for me commented ?well, the date is fine. Themilk I sold you is fine?. Me, nope and poured some out on the ground to show the chunks. Im already feeling sick from this. I placed a mobile order, there was no one in line in the drive thru when I arrived. The girl... at the window (who serves us all the time) all of a sudden couldn?t pronounce the quarter pounder, she kept saying ?quart.Quart. Quart.? In some weird accent I?ve never heard before. I had no idea what she was trying to say, I asked her if she meant?quarter pounder?, she nodded yes, turns back to grab the bag and says ?please pull around to stall 1? in the best Englishyou?ve ever heard. Im not sure why we had to pull to the front of the store for her to literally walk out the door 30 secondslater, again with no one else in line. Get home take two bites and everything is raw in the middle and it?s inedible. One wouldthink of you asked someone to pull out front hood actually make sure you cooked the meat thoroughly.
