Overall good experience, had the dinner buffet. The waiter was attentive and got us fresh naan when the buffet line needed to be... restocked. The goat dish tasted good, but there were so much bone to pick through (small and big) that it was a hassle and Istopped eating it. My hubby and I have been coming to Mefhil's for the buffet for years. Tonight was our first time bringing our daughters and... trying their dinner. We ordered chicken vindaloo (hubby didn't have a bite left on his plate), the girls and I had chicken Tikkamasala... Delicious ????. For appetizers we had chicken and paneer pakora ????and we finished our dinner with hot chai tea (I'malready craving some more).Service was superb as always! We had to wait 20 minutes, but, it was worth it! We went for the Sunday buffet. Masks and gloves (provided) to serve yourself.... Food and service was great! You can't beat the price for all you can eat! Returned for the Buffet lunch. Waited 15 minutes.Yes, this little restaurant is popular! We had family in town and wanted to have something different than we usually have. Friends have recommended Mehfil a few times,... so we decided to give it a try. This was not our first venture into Indian food. Let me just say this now...we'll be back! Weordered vegetable biryani, butter chicken, rogan josh and tikka masala, both with chicken. We also ordered an assortment ofnaan. So much flavor in each dish! The combination of all the spices in the sauces was so flavorful. We also ordered Raita as atopping for the biryani but found it was just as good on the other dishes, as well as for dipping the naan. The peshwari naanwas sweet and the hint of anise was lovely. The staff was friendly and attentive but didn't hover. Our water was refilled sothat we never ran dry. We picked a selection of desserts to take home at the end of the meal. I can see how Mehfil would be abusy place for dinner. When we arrived, it was early, so only a couple of tables were being served. By the time we left, therewasn't an empty table. That's the best advertisement an establishment can have. Read more
We tried the weekend lunch buffet here. Decent amount of options to try but none of the dishes were memorable. We did like the... mango ice cream. Carpet in the dining area could use some deep cleaning. Restrooms were not very clean either. Read more
This is my 4th times and always exactly what I expected. Great food. Enough choices for everyone in the family - very safe... option when we are on the road. They are very busy - people love it. Read more
