12/10 Amazing service!! Clear communication on when table would be ready, how long food would take and checked on in between.... Very accommodating to kids, went above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. Accidentally knocked my pizza down trying tobox it up and got a new one, which we were super thankful about. We loved the pizza at the Auburn location so we were happy to discover that old Roseville is just as excellent. Truly one of the... best pizza places around, which also happens to have a great beer and wine selection. New fave place. Great, fresh pizza every time. Years and years ago, I worked at Papa Murphy's and LOVED their fresh dough. This... is the first place who has ever come close to having just as fresh of dough, but already baked and ready to go for you. We've heard good things about the place, but just never madethe trip. We settled on finally going for a nice little Father's Day date night and we were not disappointed. When we arrived,the wait was about 30 min for 2. Not unusual. We walked around outside until we received the text. When we were seated, ourserver, Caitlyn (spelling?) introduced herself and let us know that the pizzas were taking about an hour before coming out ofthe kitchen. Long wait, but we appreciated the honesty and got our food order right away. We took a bit to decide on our beerchoices as the selection was quite good with many we had not tried before. I ordered a flight, my husband ordered one of theIPAs. Beer was served quickly and arrived nice and cold. When our pizza was ready, a different server brought it over, but hetoo, was friendly and polite and when we asked for new plates (we had used the others for our salad), he even thought to offerus clean utensils and more napkins (which were appreciated later). The pizza (Caboose) was so good! Lots of toppings (so manyother places don't put enough) and the crust was light and chewy, while still being crispy on the bottom. Definitely worth thewait. Probably one of the best pizzas we've had in a long time and made us wish we had visited OTP earlier. We were definitelyimpressed with every aspect of our visit. The staff were all friendly and courteous, the food and drinks were amazing, and theatmosphere was cozy and fun. We'll be back for sure. Old town pizza is a local gem our friends said to try out and we are happy that we did. We ordered a few of the pizzas off the... menu and they came out very quick, especially considering when we went here the place was pretty packed. The restaurant has agood amount of seating and they were able to accommodate our party of 12. Staff was friendly and attentive. We overheard thatthey were understaffed so they don't take reservations right now but the staff they had on hand were rockstars and you wouldhave no idea they were down a few people. The crust type for the kind of pizza they make is more doughy so think of Pizza Hutrather than the thinner crust Blaze pizza. They have a lot of different hard seltzers and beers to choose from on their menu.You are bound to find something you would like. The only thing I think could be improved upon is how the toppings for the pizzaare cooked. Most of us agreed the pizza top should been more roasted as the onions were raw as well as a few other veggies. Moreroasted veggies would really up the profile of these pizzas. Them a someone walked up and said no worries we’ll seat them. Honestly I only want to eat herebecause of their exclusive Stout beer that they have on tap. “ but since were here we might as well eat” Our waiter Noahhooked me up with the beer that I’ve been waiting a year to have “what’s up Mr. Cheezle!” A pastry Stout with VanillaCoffee, Madagascar vanilla and Tahitian Vanilla. 14% with no alcohol taste “super smooth with hints of coffee, chocolate andvanilla” Ok so besides my beer we decided to order a couple pizzas. 30 moments later or pizza showed up at the tableunfortunately the one I ordered was garlic sauce was made with red sauce “ sad face” Noah apologize profusely, told us wecan keep the pizza and re-ordered one that we wanted and had it at our table within 10 minutes!!! Now that’s service!! Butwait there’s more the dough is made in house no doubt about it, The sauce and all the gradients are absolutely stellar. Cheese“top shelf” no joke!! Dang!!! Even after bringing us a pizza we did not order…. There is no way I can’t give them 5stars!! Pizza, hands down the best I’ve ever had, these guys broke the mold. All top Quality ingredients and price? honestly Ifelt ashamed to pay because is was inexpensive. It’s no wonder you have to get reservations at this establishment, this placerocks!!!!
